Privacy and Affiliate Marketing Policy

Our Privacy Commitment to You

We are committed to providing the highest level of security and privacy regarding the collection and use of our customers’ personal information, as well as personal information of all consumers who visit our website. Sharing this other information about you within the Valley View Financial Group of companies assists in serving you more efficiently, offering you products and services that we believe would benefit you, and making it easier to do business with us. However, federal law gives you the right to limit our affiliates from marketing their products or services to you based on your personal information that they receive from other Valley View Financial Group companies. To opt-out, call us at 913-233-5303. When you call, please provide us with your name, address and the last four digits of your social security number. You should also list the accounts and services you have with us.

You cannot "opt out" on behalf of any other customer, unless you are a joint accountholder with that person. To opt out for another joint accountholder, you must provide the joint accountholder's name, address, last four digits of social security number and birth-date, as well as all of their accounts and services. Even if you opt out, we are still permitted to share information about you that relates to our experiences or transactions with you or your accounts.

Your decision to limit marketing offers from Valley View Financial Group of companies will apply until you tell us to change your choice.
